Our chalet lacked some essentials. There was no oven. That limited our meal options. I had to eat out, which wasn't ideal. I couldn't find a corkscrew for my wine, annoying.

The lodge was very clean. It had a lovely view. Breakfast offered a tasty range of food and drinks and staff were friendly. I liked that the location was easily reachable, with decent restaurant and facilities.
I found no instructions on how to operate the hot tub and the storage heaters were noisy. Coat hooks in the storage cupboard would be useful for hanging coats. We received bathrobes and slippers only on the second day after check in..

The accommodation was great. Beds were comfy. The complex grounds were lovely! The accommodation was modern and clean. The shower provided powerful water flow.

The staff seemed helpful. Everything came with a genuine smile. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One receptionist was particularly helpful. She was cute, and nothing was too much trouble for her.

the facilities were great. the spa was gorgeous. our cabin was lovely, the decor was very tasteful. the staff were very polite, great. the evening meal in restaurant was AMAZING!!!

the reception team arranged suitable accommodation for families with children, elderly relatives and dogs. they helped meeting last minute requests. sarah was helpful suggesting the format of the event. i found the service attentive.
